Redirect the user from the computer to the mobile phone

To provide a frictionless user experience, at Alice we have developed a functionality that allows users to be redirected from a desktop to a mobile device. How? By using a personalized QR code. Users simply need to scan it to be guided to the client’s mobile app, where they can take advantage of the quality of the device’s camera. As a result, users have a smooth and seamless onboarding process.
