Identifying and contact information. We collect your identification data (name and surname), telephone number, e-mail address, curriculum vitae (CV), profile image, cover letter, as well as any other information that you voluntarily include in the communications you send us.
Curricular, academic and professional information. In the event that you send us your CV or documentation related to your candidacy (cover letters, letters of recommendation, motivation letters, copies of degrees or certificates, etc.) we may process the information related to your studies, training, academic experience and that which you have included in your professional documentation.

To manage our selection processes. In the event that you send us your CV, we will process your personal information to initiate, if necessary, a selection process for a possible hiring and to follow up on it.

The main purpose of the processing of this data will be to create, maintain and execute the relationship between the parties, which may include: Administrative, fiscal, legal, accounting, accounting, and commercial management of customer data; Making and sending budgets; Performing work; Attention of queries and complaints via web, telephone, electronic or face-to-face; Establishment of meetings and customer visits; Collection management.

Execution of the contract. Alice’s profiles on social networks

Alice is present on several social networks. When you interact with any of our pages on social networks, the processing of data will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations belonging to the relevant social network and previously accepted by the user.

We do not perform any additional transfer to carry out this treatment other than those indicated under section 4. In general, Alice does not disclose your information to third parties. However, in addition to the transfers that we specifically indicate in section 3, we inform you of the communications that we may make, in general, and that affect all of the above processing and its legitimate basis.

They have signed the corresponding confidentiality agreements and will only process your data according to our instructions, not being able to use them for their own purposes or apart from the service they provide us.

Do we make international transfers of your data?
