For this reason, this month we have focused on improving our process of capturing identity documentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vertical capture vs. horizontal capture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Digital identity verification only requires two actions: a selfie and a capture of the identity document (normally, a DNI or passport). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A good documentation capture process is crucial to be able to correctly process the document and extract all the relevant information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our quest to improve the user experience, we have adapted our system to automatically adapt to documents in portrait and landscape format, without the user having to worry. In this way, we avoid the user having to rotate their device to frame their information in the capture region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
